love can mean many things, but I think that you can give a person their dignity. don't be hateful, show kindness to meanness, teach a hard-hearted person by your example, overlook rudeness. you never know the road that nasty person has traveled. I always say to my son: If you hit me and I hit you back, should we keep upping the ante until one of us dies and the other one is severely hurt? A kind word cures.

But that doesn't mean we indulge their errors or in any way dilute the truth of God'w word.
